Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order ships with tracking information.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate for Greece. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
All orders include tracking information. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
If delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling. Packages may be returned to us if not claimed within the carrier's specified timeframe.
ACS Courier has size and weight limitations. Oversized or heavy items may require special shipping arrangements and additional fees.
